Love cake? Hate vegetables? Then, you'll want to grab a notepad and pen and write down this recipe Devil's Food Pumpkin Coffee Cake. Yummy!

Here's the recipe:

One Devil's Food Cake Mix

One can of pumpkin

Mix well and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Prepare frosting/syrup: For this recipe, butter, powdered sugar and Sour Cherry Cordial for flavor. (Amaretto, rum, brandy can work, or any flavoring extract and milk)

5 minutes before cake comes out of the oven, melt butter on medium heat. Add powdered sugar and cherry cordial. I eyeball this and make enough to cover the cake, about 3/4-1 cup. Stir until well blended and a thick syrupy consistency.

Immediately after removing cake from oven, use chop sticks to poke holes all over the top of the cake and pour frosting slowly over the top, filling holes and sides of the cake. Add more holes if puddling becomes pronounced.
